• Athletics Covered room of Taza 
• Athletic track of Taza and Al Hoceima, 
• Underground parking in Al Hoceima city, 
• Integrating Program "Abdelkarim El Khattabi" in Imzouren, province of Al Hoceima, 
• Urban centre "Madinat Bades" in the city of Al Hoceima, 
• Implementation of a shopping centre in the city of Al Hoceima, 
• Implementation of a hypermarket of Taza city
• The National School of Applied Sciences of Al Hoceima (NSASH) 
• Specialized Institute of Hotel and Tourism in Al Hoceima (SIHT) 
• Founding a project in the field of olive agriculture in the province of Taounate.
