This is a manual comprising all procedures related to the act of investing and associated with the delegations of authority to Walis of the regions. Delegations that concern mainly access to land support for investment projects, but also certain exemptions or authorizations related to areas cited by the Royal letter addressed to the Prime Minister on 09 January 2002 concerning the decentralized management of the investment. The Regional Centre of Investment manages the delegations under the responsibility of the Wali. This manual facilitates the collaboration and transparency between different administrations involved in the investment procedures at regional and national levels. It is a working tool which content is made available to developers and investors to better serve them to standardize and computerize services offered to them.
