Division of Support for the Creation of companies:

The RCI is committed on a time that lies between 2 and 5 days, from receipt of complete folder to the accomplishment of creation formalities. 

Formalities of creation:

Under the Royal Letter of 09.01.2002, on the decentralized management of investment, it was decided to set up a Help Desk for the Creation of Companies.

The help desk’s main tasks are:

• Issuance of Negative Certificate  
• Registration on Professional Tax
• Subscribe to the Tax ID
• Enrolment in the Register of Commerce
• Membership to the National Social Security Fund (NSSF)
