Located on the Mediterranean bypass at 20 minutes from the city of Al Hoceima, the Area of Economic Activity to be handed over in the first trimester of 2011 in Ait Kamra will be built on an area of 40 hectares divided into 168 lots will allow the creation of 3,000 jobs including 2,000 direct ones. 

This area is a hub for regional and national economy, since it includes a variety of activities of different sizes, namely: 

• An area devoted to industrial activities (65 lots with a surface of 18.5 ha) is a space that can accommodate industrial institutions of important size for different sectors:
• An area devoted to handicrafts (65 lots with a surface area of 2.3 ha).This area can accommodate "small business" in the city or its region (carpentry, metalwork, plumbing ...).
• An area devoted to commercial activities (30 lots with a surface area of 1.3 ha):  The business area may provide services to two types of customers: 

           - Professionals: wholesalers, showrooms, wholesale markets... 

           - The public: dealer, malls ... 

• An area devoted to offices and entertainment: on this area, offices and specialized spaces (training, meetings...) will be offered for sale. 

Areas of Commercial Activities and Industry will be upgraded and sold to professionals at an average sales price of 294 DH TTC/m². As for the Handicraft Area of warehouses / workshops in standard configuration, they will be offered for sale to artisans at an average sales price of 3000 DH TTC built/ m². Similarly with the area of offices and entertainment that will be offered at an average sales price of 4000 DH TTC built / m².
